The world feels upside down right now, and the only words I can find aren’t really words. They are the comforting nod of a midwife when a mama shares her experience. They are the knowing “mmmm” of a friend who listens well. They are the recognition that, wow, things really are this way. They are also hope that maybe things won’t always be this way.
